3. Arhatic Yogis are instructed to be reliable and responsible. Arhatic Yogis are expected to practice the Five Virtues. It is the responsibility of Arhatic Yogis using this virtual home for Arhatic Sadhana properly. Non-Arhatic Yogis should not be within the range of your practice. If other people are closely, please use earphones and do not allow people who are Non-Arhatic to listen or to join the recorded practices.

4. Disclaimer:

The physical and psychological conditions of each practitioner vary. Therefore Arhaticyoga.org and the publishers of the website will not be held liable for any adverse effects arising from the practice of the Arhatic Yoga techniques or the exercises recommended.

Who should not practice Arhatic Yoga Meditations:

a. Non-Arhatic practitioner
b. People with heart ailments, hypertension or glaucoma.
c. Children below the age of 16 years.
d. Pregnant women.
e. Heavy smokers.
